Founded by two siblings raised in international competition. The clothing they competed in was never at their standard. So they built their own.
Raised in competition
Before Maximilian Equestrian was a brand, it was two riders who spent their teens and young adulthood training in Germany and competing internationally for Spain. Competition teaches what catalogues cannot: where a seam rubs after six hours in the saddle, which fabrics give up before the rider does, and how much fit matters when every movement is judged.
What began as two siblings is today much more: a team of professionals has helped establish the brand and carries it forward every day, from design to delivery. The founders still ride and lead every decision, making sure that what leaves the design studio matches the vision it started with.
Fabric and fit
Compression where the body works, stretch in every direction, breathability that holds through the seasons, UPF 50+ under the sun, grip exactly where the saddle asks for it. The search for better fabrics never stops, because fabric decides how riding feels.
Fit is worked just as hard. Every pattern is tested on real riders and revised until it sits precisely: anatomical, supportive where it matters, and flattering in and out of the saddle. A great fabric deserves a perfect fit, and a product is not finished until it has both.
Worked until the very last detail
Revolutionary fabrics are only the starting point. Every piece is cut for an impeccable fit, then tested where it counts: in real training, by the founders and by the professional riders we sponsor across disciplines. It comes back, it gets revised, it goes out again. And the work does not stop there: we listen to the riders who wear it, and every product keeps improving, version after version. A detail that can be improved is a detail that will be. That obsession is the product.
