Refunds & Exchanges
Extended Christmas Returns/Exchanges: All orders placed between 14/11/24 and 31/12/24 will have an extended return and exchange period until 08/01/25 or the standard 14 days, whichever is longer.
We hope you love your Maximilian Equestrian products but we understand that you may change your mind. We accept refunds and exchanges for 14 days from receipt of the goods at your address.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (perfectly clean and brand new). It must also be in the original packaging, with all the tags still attached and folded carefully to avoid wrinkles. Please be advised that if the returned items are received extremely wrinkly or with stains/dirt (for example makeup, hairs or dust), we won't be able to process your return. In cases where the stains are easily removable, a cleaning fee of 10€ will be deducted from your refund.
For hygiene reasons, head wear and socks are non-returnable for a refund or an exchange. Gift cards and gift bags are non-returnable either.
NEW: FREE EXCHANGES! All customers can now exchange their products at no cost. We will cover all expenses.

Once we receive your returned package, please allow up to 10 days for us to process it and ship your new item or issue a refund, depending on your request.

Refunds apply only to the returned items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the purchaser is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please bear in mind that if your order qualified for free shipping but is later returned in full, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, as the total value of the order no longer meets the minimum requirement for free shipping.
